I practice in any court in Las Vegas or Clark County, Nevada. That includes the Justice Courts in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Laughlin, Goodsprings, and Mesquite; the Municipal Courts of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson; the District Courts of the Eighth Judicial District in Clark County; and the United States District Court for the federal District of Nevada.
That depends on the type of case. My fees are reasonable and are based on the amount of work that I will have to do on a case. So misdemeanors are not very expensive, felonies are more expensive. A felony jury trial is difficult, time consuming work, and will be the most expensive. Call me and let's talk about your case and I will quote you a reasonable fee.
Yes. Call me and we can talk right now, unless I'm sleeping or in court. If I don't answer my phone, leave a message or try back later. The phone number listed on the Pandullo Law site is my personal cell phone number—the same cell phone number I've had for over 12 years. You can also text me at the same cell number, or if you prefer, you can send me an email.
Yes. Call me right now.
Yes. But "winning" can mean many different things. Sometimes winning means going to trial and getting you acquitted. Other times winning means getting you a deal and avoiding jail time. The ultimate determination of guilt or innocence or a defendant's ultimate sentence is not up to me, so I can't guarantee any particular outcome. What I can guarantee is that I will use all my skill and experience to get you the best possible outcome. That may require that we go to trial.
Maybe. If someone you care about is in jail with an upcoming court date, call me to discuss the case. I can't guarantee that I can get your loved one out of jail, but I can go to court and try to get the judge to grant an own recognizance release.
Yes. Many of my clients have been charged with crimes while on trips to Las Vegas. My goal in representing you will be to, if possible, keep any convictions off your record, and prevent you from having to travel back to Las Vegas.
In most cases, if I am your lawyer then I can appear for you at your initial appearance. Call me to discuss this further.
