I've lived in Clark County, Nevada since I was five years old. I graduated as valedictorian of my high school, and I stayed in Las Vegas for my four-year university degree and my law school juris doctorate degree, graduating with Latin distinctions from both UNLV and the Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas.
In early 2017, I am in my tenth year of practice as a criminal defense attorney. I have successfully handled every type of criminal case that exists in Nevada, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, in state, federal, and municipal court. I am proud to say I have won acquittals in front of judge and jury, had more clients' charges dismissed than I can remember, saved countless criminal defendants from prison and felony conviction, and overturned a life sentence on appeal.
I am passionate about criminal defense, and I am a competitive person who hates losing. So if you are my client, I will do whatever I can, within the limits of the law and my ethical duties, to get your charges dismissed or get you acquitted. As a criminal defense attorney, I believe there is no higher achievement than winning a trial and seeing my client walk out of the courtroom fully vindicated. However, if dismissal or acquittal is not possible given the facts of the case, I will negotiate the best possible outcome for you, avoiding jail, prison time, or other harsh penalties whenever possible. I can talk about criminal defense all day. If you want to read more about my personal approach to representing criminal clients, read my Avvo profile's "About Me" section.
The relationship between a criminal defense attorney and his client is based on trust and mutual respect. My clients count on me to be there when they need me, every step of the way. So I make myself available to my clients every day, any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The phone number listed on this website is my personal cell number, so whether you are an existing client or you want to hire me to be your attorney, if you or someone you care about is facing criminal charges, you can call me right now.
I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where I majored in Journalism with a minor in Criminal Justice. I also attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I obtained my Juris Doctorate.
During my time as an undergraduate, I worked for the school newspaper as a copy editor. After graduating from UNR, I worked in the field of international logistics, where I was responsible for pricing and coordinating shipments for clients throughout the world. My favorite part of this job was the interaction I was able to have with people from all walks of life all over the world.
I now work with my husband Michael Pandullo as a criminal defense attorney and I really enjoy the work as well as the clients that I meet. Oftentimes I am meeting people during one of the most difficult times of their lives, and I am always so happy when I can help to assuage people's fears and resolve their legal issues in the most favorable way possible.
Nivo is Pandullo law’s talented case manager. Born in Cuba, Nivo came to the United States as a political refugee when he was 17 years old. Nivo is now a proud citizen of the United States.
Before joining our team, Nivo got his start in law by working and flourishing in some of the biggest and most successful personal injury law firms in Las Vegas, obtaining many millions of dollars in settlements for Las Vegas residents injured in accidents. We are proud to say that Nivo is now an invaluable part of Pandullo Law, providing life-changing help for our clients—both those charged with crimes as well as those who are the victims of car accidents, slip and fall injuries, or who have otherwise been injured as the result of someone else’s negligence. Nivo has many talents, but his ability to guide accident injury victims through early medical treatment all the way through case settlement is truly impressive.
